Transparency in Testimonials

At The Quran Dive, we believe that trust is earned through transparency. The reviews and testimonials you see on our website are crucial for helping new parents and students make informed decisions about their Islamic education.

How We Collect Reviews

• Verified Students Only: We only solicit and publish reviews from individuals who have taken at least one paid class or a completed free trial with us.
• No Incentives for Positive Reviews: We do not offer discounts, free classes, or any financial incentives in exchange for positive reviews. Feedback is given voluntarily.
• Third-Party Platforms: We encourage our students to leave reviews on independent third-party platforms (like Trustpilot and Google Reviews) where we cannot alter or delete authentic feedback.

Moderation and Publishing

While we love sharing our success stories, we also embrace constructive criticism.

• We do not hide negative reviews. If a student has a poor experience, our first priority is customer service and resolution.
• Reviews are only removed if they contain profanity, hate speech, spam, or personally identifiable information of our staff (for privacy reasons).
• Video testimonials displayed on our site have been provided with the explicit written consent of the parents (for minors) or the students themselves.
