1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by The Quran Dive, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access our classes.

2. Class Scheduling and Cancellations

We strive to provide a flexible and reliable learning environment:

• Rescheduling: Students may reschedule a class provided they give at least 12 hours' notice.
• No-shows: If a student does not attend a scheduled class without prior notice, the class will be marked as conducted and billed accordingly.
• Tutor Absence: In the rare event a tutor is unavailable, a makeup class will be scheduled at the student's convenience at no extra charge.

3. Payment and Refunds

All fees are billed monthly in advance. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your classes within the first 14 days of your paid subscription, we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. After 14 days, refunds will be prorated based on the remaining classes in the billing cycle.

4. Code of Conduct

The Quran Dive maintains a strict Islamic code of conduct. Students and tutors are expected to treat each other with the utmost respect. Any form of harassment, inappropriate language, or un-Islamic behavior will result in immediate termination of the account without refund.

5. Modesty and Dress Code

We request that all students observe a modest dress code during live video sessions out of respect for the Quran and the tutors. Female students are encouraged to wear a Hijab during classes.
